Building &
Developing

ساختن و توسعه‌دادن

I don’t start building from an idea; I start from something that actually exists: an ability, an experience, an artist, a team, a problem, a resource or an opportunity.

Then the question is how to turn it into a structure that creates value, has an economic model, and doesn’t survive only on one person’s direct energy.

Art Business

I don’t see art and business as two opposing worlds.

Art produces cultural value, and needs an economic structure in order to be produced, developed, distributed and to continue.

Art Business is where I work on the economy of art itself: projects, production, artist development, distribution, sales, professional relations, and building models that don’t force artistic and economic value to eliminate one in favour of the other.

Existing example in the system: ARTELOGIA.

Artist Business

An artist is not limited to earning income from art.

An artist’s experience, abilities, network and way of thinking can be the basis of a business that isn’t even directly artistic.

Artist Business is about turning these capacities into a structured economic activity.

Existing example: Scène de Solution.

Management
& Development

For me, management is not administering a list of tasks.

It means defining what should be done by whom, what should not be done, where a tool can replace repetitive work, and where human decision cannot be replaced.

The aim is not to build more dependence on the manager, but clearer responsibility within the system.

System-to-System

Beyond the classic B2B relationship.

Beyond buying and selling, two systems can connect their abilities, networks, resources, knowledge and infrastructure.

In this kind of collaboration, the question isn’t only “what do we sell you?” but what new capacity the connection of these two systems creates.

Transmission / انتقال

For me, passing on experience only makes sense when the other person doesn’t have to stay where I am standing.

A teacher must keep their knowledge and experience up to date, and at the same time accept that the student may go further.

If transmission only reproduces the teacher, nothing has continued.
